Return & Cancellation Policy – 6666Perfumes

Thank you for shopping at 6666Perfumes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your fragrance, please take a moment to review our return and cancellation policy below:

1. Return Policy

We understand that buying perfumes online can be tricky, especially when it comes to scent preferences. For this reason, 6666Perfumes offers a return policy that aims to provide you with flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our products.

  • Eligible Returns:

    • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
    • If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e., wrong fragrance or size), we will gladly accept the return within 3Β days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened and used fragrance products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
    • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customercare@6666perfumes.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
    • Once we verify the return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item.
    • The cost of return shipping will be covered by 6666Perfumes if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you’ve changed your mind after placing an order, we can accommodate cancellations under certain conditions.

  • Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided that the item has not yet been shipped.
    • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at customercare@6666perfumes.com as soon as possible with your order number.
    • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may still return the item according to the return policy.

3. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your perfume arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for the defective item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • Scent Preferences: Since fragrance is a personal preference, we recommend that customers test their products as soon as they receive them, to ensure they enjoy the scent. Opened items cannot be returned for scent preferences.
  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside the country, please ensure that you include a copy of your purchase receipt, and note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
