Every broken bottle or missing item will be replaced as soon as possible or in case of non availablity in stock refund will be initiated within 24 hours .No complaint will be entertained in the case of fragrance smell please do you research wisely and order .if in anycase the customer wants to replace the product that is possible but only on the condition that product should have all the seal and tags attached and should be unused buyer has to bear the return charges also please keep in mind , once the product is recieved and has passed the quality checks within 24 hours a replacement will be shipped to the buyer address
