Return & Cancellation Policy

Partial Payments Are Strictly Non-Refundable

Any amount paid as a Partial Payment, Partial COD Payment, Advance Payment or Order Confirmation Amount is strictly non-refundable once the order has been processed or dispatched.

The partial payment collected at the time of placing the order is used towards costs incurred by 6666Perfumes in processing and fulfilling the order, including but not limited to:

• Forward shipping and courier charges.
• Return-to-Origin (RTO) and return shipping charges.
• Payment gateway and transaction charges.
• Order processing and handling costs.
• Packaging and packing material costs.
• Product preparation and other fulfilment-related expenses.

Accordingly, no refund of the partial payment will be entertained if the shipment is not successfully delivered for reasons including, but not limited to:

• The customer refuses or rejects the shipment at the time of delivery.
• The customer cancels the order after it has been processed, packed or dispatched.
• The customer is unavailable or does not accept delivery despite delivery attempts.
• The shipment is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
• The customer provides an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery address.
• The customer does not respond to calls, messages or delivery attempts made by the courier partner.
• The customer changes their mind after the order has been dispatched.
• The customer fails to collect the shipment from the courier facility when collection is required.
• The shipment is returned due to delivery, logistics or courier-related issues after dispatch.

Courier delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, RTO, refusal of delivery, cancellation after dispatch, or other delivery-related circumstances do not make the partial payment refundable.

Once an order has been dispatched, 6666Perfumes incurs fulfilment, shipping, payment processing, packaging and, where applicable, return/RTO expenses. The partial payment helps offset these costs and therefore will not be refunded when an order is returned, rejected, cancelled after dispatch, or remains undelivered.

If a shipment is returned to us and the customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping or re-shipping charges may be applicable before the order is dispatched again.

By selecting the Partial Payment / Partial COD option and placing the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable partial payment policy.

Strict No Return / No Refund Policy for Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is a highly personal experience and can vary depending on individual skin chemistry, weather conditions, storage, and personal expectations.

6666Perfumes follows a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE policy once a perfume has been opened, unsealed, sprayed or used.

Returns, refunds or exchanges will NOT be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

• The fragrance smells different than expected.
• The fragrance does not match your expectations.
• The scent profile feels different from another bottle or brand.
• The perfume does not smell like the original according to your preference.
• The longevity, projection or performance is not up to your expectations.
• You simply do not like the fragrance after opening it.
• You believe the fragrance is stronger or weaker than expected.

By placing an order with 6666Perfumes, you acknowledge and agree that fragrance preference and performance are subjective and therefore are not valid reasons for a return, refund or exchange.

The only exceptions are:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product damaged during shipping.
• Verified manufacturing defect.

Such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and supporting photographs.
